 A combination of yoga and ecstatic dance creating a full body, mind, spirit connection. What to expect? Selenge will guide a slow primal flow yoga to help you loosen up the muscles and get the blood flow flowing . Once we feel open we will slowly move into the dance section where we invite our full Wild Human expression. The dance section will be lightly guided and includes some group dance exercises. My intention is to create a safe space for you to come and move your precious body and allow you to be YOU! Drop away any masks, be your the most expressive wild, gentle, real and raw, open, sexy, playful and powerful self.

Selenge is Mongolian born and moved to Australia 10 years ago, where she has been teaching yoga and meditation for the last six years. She has studied yoga & meditation in India, Bali and Australia. Selenge truly believes becoming a self healer is the only way to live an empowered life. So she teaches powerful self healing techniques and tools such as yoga, meditation, dance to her students.
